Gluing the back on the Bookbag Santa guitar

Trim the braces

Between meetings, Howard Wilson prepared the rim of the Bookbag Santa project guitar so we could attach the back. We marked the bracing needed to be trimmed, trimmed it, cut bracing slots in the linings and glued on the back.

The back braces will fit into slots cut into the linings. We cut these slots with a Dremel type tool with a StewMac base and a small milling bit.
